Description:	Crafted by the father and son team of Roland and Vincent Rapet, this wonderful Burgundy is made from 100% organically grown and hand-picked grapes. Right from the first pour, something stands out about this bottle: the nose of cherries and tobacco suggests a Cotes du Rhone, yet the body is light enough to suggest a Beaujolais. On the palette, lush bing cherries and ripe raspberries mingle with earthy nuances and silky textures. This is a textbook example of a red Burgundy, perfect for serving with grilled salmon, a holiday turkey, or sipping a slightly-chilled glass by itself during the summertime.
