Description:	There is something about a good gewurztraminer that is so beautiful and seductive. While the wines usually tend to be sweet and sticky, there is always this floral and delicat aroma and flavor that eminates from the wines. They are refreshing on a sunny day, as well as beautiful matches to sharp-flavored cheeses, and spicy cuisines. The Adler Fels winery only produces two varietals from their own vineyards; those being Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. With this said, the attention to detail and varietal characteristics is superb. This wine is what an elegant gewurz should be, without the elegant price tag! Sticky pear and honeyed fruit drip from this wine, with just the right amount of residual sugar for a non-late harvest gewurz. This wine would pair perfectly with a summer salad topped with bleu cheese crumbles, and a side of honeyed-pears. Also, don't forget gewurz when the holidays come around...there is no better match!
