Description:	Roberto Anselmi transformed his once-large family winery into a limited-production boutique producer, re-examining every detail in the wine making process. This wine is filled with rich fruit that travels light across the palate, yet fills the mouth with a straw-like herbaceousness. This wine is 'pretty' from sight-to-taste. Bright and focused aromas of freshly sliced apples with hints of cream and honey. This is a medium bodied wine with a dried fruit type of flavor and lively acidity. The wine leaves a lime-like finish on the tongue which translates to refreshing in our book.
