At the Firepeak vineyard they say that it is the dirt of the devil that makes the wine so heavenly. Fruitier and fresher than many Pinot Noirs, this wine is intensely characteristic of its varietal. It is packed with flavors of rich black cherries and luscious black raspberry jam, with a hint of spice in the background. Smooth tannins and a velvety texture finish off nicely, leaving the palate asking for more. If you want someone to fall in love with you---give them some Pinot Noir! This is the nicest domestic Pinot Noir the Quattro Vino crew has ever come across...those are big words! |
