Welcome to qvwines.com, the Internet site of Quattro Vino, operated by Quattro Vino Inc. Your use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all further access to our site will be deemed to be your agreement to these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice.

Obligations

• You will not intentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You will not access or tamper with non-public areas of the qvwines.com site or its network of servers.
• You will not reproduce the content of our site without express written permission from Quattro Vino Inc.

Sale of Alcohol

• Quattro Vino does not sell alcohol to persons under 21 years of age. By using this site you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in your state.
• At present, Quattro Vino will only ship wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY. This list may change from time to time.

Quattro Vino Content

• All text, graphics, icons, images and other content on the qvwines.com site are copyrighted material owned or licensed by Quattro Vino Inc., except where otherwise expressly noted.
• Any reference to qvwines.com or it's content is prohibited without express written consent from Quattro Vino Inc.

Third Party Content

• Opinions, comments, suggestions, and other third party content on our site is available without our express consent. Quattro Vino does not endorse the accuracy or reliability of such content.
• Any third party content found to be offensive or objectionable to our intended audience will be promptly removed.

Shipping

• Quattro Vino ships all wine with a "Delivery Confirmation, Adult Signature Required" tag to the designated Shipping Address. Delivery will only be attempted to this address and may not be left without an adult signature. For this reason, we recommend shipments to commercial addresses where an adult is usually present. • Unless otherwise arranged, all wine will be shipped via ground transportation through FedEx or UPS.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Again, commercial addresses are recommended.
• All shipments are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the time of shipment, depending on location.
• All package deliveries will be attempted three times. Please note that FedEx does not allow re-routing packages containing wine once they have left our store. After three unsuccessful attempts, or if the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Quattro Vino and we will notify the customer. Re-sending the package to the recipient will incur an additional shipping charge of $18 to be paid by the customer.

Purchase Guarantee

• Quattro Vino guarantees to stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you feel you have received a wine that is defective (corked, stale, downright awful), please let us know and we'll make it right. Contact us at customer_service@qvwines.com with any questions or concerns.
• We will be diligent in processing your online orders to ensure that they ship within 2 business days of order placement. Otherwise we will let you know of the delay, the cause, and the proposed remedy.
• Occasionally, we may be unable to fill an order as requested due to limitations from our suppliers. You will be notified in these situations and allowed to either change or cancel your order.

Wine Changes

• Some wines don't contain enough grapes from the same year to be given a vintage designation and such wines will be labeled "NV" for "No Vintage". These wines are often crafted to be similar in taste year after year.
• For our vintage wines, we will be diligent in updating our information to reflect changes in vintages from our suppliers. However, at times we may carry more than a single vintage of the same wine and we will consider these overlapping vintages to be interchangeable.
• Our ability to purchase specific wines varies from time to time, so we may substitute one or more wines within a pack with comparable wines in the event that we can no longer obtain a certain label or vintage.

Privacy

At Quattro Vino we recognize that information privacy is important and we work hard to ensure that we safeguard this information. We use the information collected to offer better, more customized services to our customers.

Collection.

• Quattro Vino collects personal information when you register for an online account, though we never store credit card information. We combine information collected from you with personal information collected from other services to provide you with a better experience by customizing content and recommendations for you.
• Quattro Vino uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and improve the quality of our services.
• Quattro Vino servers automatically record information when you visit our site, including URL, IP addresses, browser type, language, and the date and time of your request.

Uses.

• We may use personal information to provide services you've requested and to improve the accuracy of those services, such as recommendations.
• We may use personal information for internal audits on our policies and procedures to improve the consistency and quality of our services.
• If third parties assist us in processing personal information, we require that they comply with our stated privacy policies.
• We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances, such as to comply with legal processes or to prevent or investigate fraud so as to ensure the security of our network and services.

Choices.

• You may decline setting up a user account with Quattro Vino, in which case the only information we keep in fulfillment of an online order is the billing and shipping information that was provided.
• You may decline to accept cookies in your browser though some of our services may not work as a result.
• We will make a good faith effort to provide you with access to personally identifying information upon request and allow you to correct it if it changes or is inaccurate.
